Editor’s note: A reader of Frank Report – evidently with insider knowledge – posted a comment which really deserves to be a separate post. The reader’s comments are in bold.

My observations follow in regular typeface.

Reader: Matt McMorris was/is a NXIVM member who worked for Barbara Bouchey when Clare & Sara Bronfman were Bouchey’s clients.  After Bouchey left NXIVM [2009], Matt McMorris continued to work for Clare and Sara Bronfman as one of their tax guys.  If he hasn’t talked with the Feds, he should go right to them and sing like a bird. He was more than a bookkeeper. Michelle ‘Shelly’ Tarzia, who was married to James Del Negro, when they both started at NXIVM, also worked for Bouchey before Bouchey left NXIVM.

Frank: Like so many couples who came to NXIVM – it didn’t take long for NXIVM technology to show Shelly and Jim that they would be happier divorced. As readers know, one of the exercises in NXIVM classes is to list all the good things that would happen if your spouse or significant other were to die.

As for Matt McMorris, it would probably be a good idea if he did talk to the Feds. Hopefully, he’s either New York State  passed the CPA exam or stopped claiming to be one, as he did for years.

Shelly Tarzia is a good friend of Steve Ose, who lied to the police about NXIVM computer trespassing case. He pretended he and Ben Meyers were independent computer consultants that NXIVM hired to go through their server to see who was logging in to their social page.

Of course, Ben and Steve were not independent consultants, but longtime NXIVM members and employees, paid by Bronfman money. Their lying to police – as directed by Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman – helped lead to criminal indictments of Toni Natalie, Joe O’Hara and John Tighe – for computer trespassing – which caused them great pain and trouble (Barbara Bouchey was also charged separately for the same crime when she admitted to the mysterious Rodger Kirsopp that she had accessed NXIVM ‘s website sometime after Natalie, O’Hara and Tighe were indicted). It also led to a massive civil lawsuit with a battery of Bronfman attorneys that cost all the defendants a great deal of money and more trouble – again based on perjury.

The civil lawsuit led to that stellar reporter, James Odato, taking leave from his job at the Albany Times Union – to which he never returned – amid the turmoil of the onslaught of litigation funded by Bronfman money and fueled by Bronfman-Ose-Meyers perjury.

Fortunately, the Bronfman-Raniere crime syndicate did not win in court. Both the civil case and the criminal case were dismissed: the civil case because Clare Bronfman was caught perjuring herself – and the criminal case because Toni and Joe were able to show that Ose-Meyers were actually NXIVM members and that they were involved  in moving the computer server – after the fact – from Saratoga County to Albany County to fraudulently establish jurisdiction for the Albany County DA to pursue charges there (NXIVM originally pursued the case in Saratoga County but the DA there refused to prosecute).

Despite the cases being dismissed, the computer trespassing perjury-laden lawsuits and indictments were a huge victory for Bronfman-Raniere. They silenced their two most dangerous critics: Tighe, who published Saratoga in Decline, a blog dedicated in large part to exposing NXIVM crimes – and Odato, who had written many damning articles exposing Bronfman-Raniere.

On top of that, Raniere and Bronfman were able to put the lives of three of their most aggressive critics, O’Hara, Natalie and Bouchey, into tailspins just through the fact of being indicted – and up against a biased prosecutor – who was closely affiliated with Bronfman’s lawyers.

It was ugly. It was a perversion of justice. It was a prima facie case of how money can corrupt the system – and it was criminal. The criminals being Bronfman-Raniere. The innocents suffered.  But justice will have its way. Raniere is in jail now and Bronfman under home arrest.

Ose and Meyers still have a debt to pay their victims. Ose should do it by working with the feds. Meyers should also, but he is so deeply connected to the Bronfman-Raniere crime family, that it will be hard for him to do so. He is married to Michelle Salzman, daughter of NXIVM president Nancy “Prefect” Salzman.

Nancy – by recent court order – is prohibited from speaking with NXIVM members – other than Meyers, and her two daughters, Lauren and Michelle.

Meyers is able to freely communicate with the rest of the NXIVM membership – so Nancy can still help keep NXIVM together.

Nancy cannot speak directly with Clare Bronfman, but Ben and Michelle, because they have not yet been indicted, can speak with Sara Bronfman-Igtet – and Sara is permitted to speak to her sister, Clare – so the communication lines between Nancy, Lauren, Clare and Sara can continue unabated  – and outside the presence of counsel.

Clare tells Sara. Sara tells Ben and Michelle. Ben and Michelle tell Nancy who tells Lauren and vice versa.

Orders can be carried out through Ben and Michelle. Sara can pay for NXIVM expenses, [to help keep NXIVM members from going to the feds]. This way there is no money traceable to Clare, who is under scrutiny.

If the feds are looking for possible witness intimidation [and they have expressed concern in court filings], they might want to keep on eye on Sara Bronfman and Ben Meyers.

In short, NXIVM can continue to operate in the US – and on an even larger scale in Mexico.

Sara can operated from France – where she can possibly hope to avoid extradition if she is indicted, Clare from home arrest in Manhattan and Nancy in Albany. Together. these three can manage operations in the name of Vanguard.

Meyers could be the most important foot soldier in NXIVM – conspiring to hold remaining members in check.

Let me add a word more about Ben and Michelle. They recently married. Their romance bloomed over the imprisonment of a defiant NXIVM member who was kept captive in a room for 18 months. The reason this woman – who we will call Jane Doe – was imprisoned was that she wanted to date Ben Meyers – who was teaching her how to hack computers to spy on enemies of Raniere.

Ben wanted to date Jane. Jane wanted to date him. But Raniere was furious. He wanted Jane to be in his harem, so he declared she had an “ethical breach” and ordered her to remain in the room without human company until she was willing to be in Raniere’s harem. Otherwise, he would see to it that she was deported penniless to Mexico.

Ben stood by and allowed Vanguard to steal his girlfriend and imprison her.

Raniere – needing Ben’s hacking services – and seeing Ben was getting morose about his girlfriend being imprisoned – sent in Nancy Salzman’s daughter – Michelle – a woman for which Raniere had only a tepid sexual interest – to comfort Ben and cheer him up.

Michelle and Ben helped in the imprisonment detail for Jane and soon a spark of romance lit and dirty Ben Meyers forgot all about Jane Doe tucked away in a room for 18 months – guarded by various NXIVM members – as he wooed and won Michelle.

Steve Ose most likely was responsible for hacking into NXIVM members’ computers. In order to get wireless at the center, Steve would take members’ laptops and set up the wireless for them. Makes one wonder why he had to put the password in. Why not have it posted like normal businesses do?

Did Ose arrange to spy on NXIVM members’ computers for Vanguard and Clare Bronfman? It is almost certain he did. NXIVM members were regularly spied on by their Master and computer minions Ose and Meyers.

Steve Ose has been with his Master, Vanguard since Consumer Byline days [1990s]. Clare Bear and her Master Vanguard made sure Steve got out of New York State before things could get too heated up in their false charges in the hacking case.

Steve Ose went to Texas to work for one of the private investigators hired by Bronfman to spy on various people and to hunt down Kristin Keefe and her child and possibly try to kill them. I know that sounds strong, but there is evidence to support it – which I will disclose in due course of time.

Both Ose and Meyers have a day of reckoning coming. It may be sooner than they think.

As for Matt McMorris, he knows plenty about Bronfman-Raniere finances and, unlike lawyers, there is no privilege that can shield him from revealing crimes he is aware of and possibly co-conspired to help them commit. Perhaps it’s time for Matt to take steps to protect himself from the legal storm that is brewing all about him.

Clare Bronfman’s lawyer, Susan Necheles, said after court yesterday that she disagrees with the judge’s decision to keep her client confined to home detention. She thinks the judge punished Clare more harshly because of her wealth.

Necheles also thinks the judge – Nicholas G. Garaufis – will come around in time.

Necheles told Vanity Fair, “Judge Garaufis said that given the amount of wealth, he wants a little time before he relaxes Ms. Bronfman’s bail restrictions and we should come back to him in two months. We believe that this decision was wrong. It was based solely on Ms. Bronfman’s wealth and failed to consider her actions, such as flying back from Mexico and moving to N.Y.C. so that she can be close to her lawyer and work on her defense. These actions are proof that Ms. Bronfman intends to show up at trial and fight the charges.”

Both the prosecution and Pretrial Supervision opposed allowing Bronfman to wander Manhattan freely because that believe she is a potential flight risk.

In court yesterday, Necheles told the judge the conditions of Clare’s house arrest were too strict.

Judge Garaufis did not agree and chose to continue her house arrest.

He did grant Clare one concession – which prosecutors previously agreed to — Clare can leave her luxury Manhattan apartment for a total of 4.5 hours per week – broken up in three 90 minute intervals – to exercise – go to a gym, jog – or shop etc..

This is in addition to visits to defense attorneys, court appearances, medical appointments, or any other Pretrial Supervision-approved appointments.

Judge Garaufis threatened to send Clare to jail if she didn’t comply with conditions he imposed.

“It’s gonna be my way or she goes to the MDC,” said Judge Garaufis, referring to the women’s section of the Metropolitan Detention Center, a federal jail in Brooklyn – where, ironically enough, Vanguard is housed in the men’s section. Maybe that was Clare’s hope all along.

Bronfman’s lawyer, Susan Necheles, said Clare was getting restless in the apartment, especially since she’s used to “running, jogging, and exercising.”

Judge Garaufis also ruled that Bronfman must stay away from anyone related to NXIVM – with three exceptions – one of whom is her sister, Sara Bronfman-Igtet.

Bronfman, 39, was arrested by the FBI in July and charged with conspiracy to commit identity fraud and racketeering. Bronfman plead not guilty at her arraignment.

She allegedly obtained usernames and passwords of people believed to be NXIVM’s enemies so their emails could be monitored – and she allegedly led efforts to discredit DOS victims by paying for lawyers to file abusive, costly lawsuits meant to intimidate  and silence them.

She is also accused of facilitating a Canadian woman’s fraudulent entry into the United States, and helping Raniere use a dead person’s [the late Pamela Cafritz] credit card.

After the court appearance, Necheles told reporters , “You’ll notice in the indictment there’s only three things she’s alleged to have done wrong. They have nothing to do with NXIVM. We’re confident she’s done nothing criminal.”

Bronfman also had to post a $100 million bond – among the highest sum ever required of a defendant appearing in Brooklyn federal court.  The Frank Report has questioned whether Bronfman was completely forthcoming about her true assets, including whether she disclosed her multi-million interest in Precision Development LLC which owns real estate in Los Angeles.

Bronfman’s lawyer had asked the court that Bronfman be allowed to travel freely in Manhattan up to to 96th Street, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Garaufis rejected that request and it is expected that after a few months of good behavior, Bronfman’s attorney will make a second request – if Clare does not land in the hoosegow for lying on her financial affidavit to Pretrial Supervision.

Now for a little artwork and photos of the rebarbative heiress.

Her master. Keith Raniere, AKA Vanguard. and his stooge, Nancy Salzman, AKA Prefect.

I came to Los Angeles, in January 2008, to investigate the Precision Development project that Clare and Sara Bronfman had invested $26 million into – but had nothing in their name to show for it.

Jim Del Negro came from Albany to help and shared a house on Winnetka Drive in Woodland Hills, with my two assistants, Lou Avino and Will Diamond.  I lived across the street in another rented house, with my assistant, Chitra.

I soon gained control of the Los Angeles properties but not without a fight – in and out of court.

Lou and Will helped secure the properties and the law firm of Latham and Watkins – and an attorney I selected from the firm – named Bob Crockett – helped with the legal part of it.

As we prepared to fix the properties, Will  – realizing we were going to be in Los Angeles for a time – decided to bring his girlfriend,  the mother of his baby – a 19 year old girl named Rose  – from their home in Las Vegas, along with the baby, of course.

Rose was a slender, long haired Filipino girl. She was about 5 foot tall, 100 pounds.

Lou, Will, Rose, the baby, and Jim shared the spacious four bedroom house on Winnetka.

Jim soon saw that Rose was a candidate for NXIVM teachings. He told the young woman he had been taught by the world’s smartest and most ethical man.

She asked “What ethical?”

Jim explained that it was to be always consistent in your actions and words.

Jim offered to make Rose as ethical as he was. He said he would personally train her and that, later, she could come to Albany and learn from Prefect and maybe one day meet Vanguard.  The smartest man in the world.

While Lou, Will and I worked to secure properties and get construction teams ready, Jim usually stayed behind at the house to do paperwork and, in his spare time, teach Rose the technology he learned from Vanguard.

Jim spent an awful lot of time teaching ethics to Will’s girlfriend – often with her babe in her arms.

But we were busy. If Jim offered to teach Rose ethics – he could practice being mini-Vanguard – it would keep him occupied and she seemed amused.  It seemed harmless enough.

Besides Jim was all but useless for work. His main role seems to have been to report to Vanguard on my progress.

As for work — while Jim might momentarily appear smart, he had attention deficit disorder. He seemed to forget everything or anything at any time. I felt sorry for the lad.  I was inclined to think the NXIVM intensives had left him feeble-minded.

Despite being one of the top teachers of Executive Success Programs, he was broke, living paycheck to paycheck. He drank an awful lot of liquor.

When we went out to confront some guys who were trying to occupy the properties, and take over the equipment, at a time when title to the properties was still uncertain, we left Jim behind, because we had to punk these guys.  Despite his size – Jim was about 6’3 and 225 pounds – he was not someone we wanted in case of trouble. In fact, he would be more likely to accidentally encourage it than be helpful in ending it.

Will was an old fashioned, smooth talking tough, and Lou – at least in the past – was a hooligan. He said little, but one could see that at any moment, he might do something extreme. In fact, Lou had just got out of prison, his sentence arising out of a confrontation with a much larger man. Lou sizing up the man quickly, without hesitation, took out his pistol and shot him, thus ending the fight.

These two looked formidable. But if we brought Jimmy Del Negro, it would undo the whole effect. The punks would look past us and see Jim’s doofus grin and probably break out laughing.

Still, despite his defects, and his pretensions of being a great ethicist who possessed the wisdom of a Vanguard – a laughable thing – Jim was part of our team, part of the family.

One night, Will and I went to check properties. Lou went to sleep early.

After we were gone for a time, Rose called Will to ask, ‘when you coming home?’

Will said in about two hours.

Shortly after, Chitra happened to come to their house to borrow sugar. Rose answered the door in a negligee. She left Chitra waiting outside.  When she opened the door the second time to give Chitra the sugar, Chitra happened to see into the living room. The lights were low but she saw Jim sitting on the couch in his underwear.

Chitra thought this strange. But, then again, Jim usually got drunk at night. Perhaps he was too intoxicated to make it to his bedroom.

Besides, it couldn’t be anything dishonest. Rose had a little baby. She was with Will – they were a couple. Jim was always spouting about his ethics. And Jim and Will were friends too. Chitra thought little of it and forgot to mention it to me.

As we continued to look at properties that night, spread all over Los Angeles County, Rose called again and again, asking Will,  “when you coming home?”

And Will would say in an hour, or 30 minutes, as the case might be.

When we got home, the lights were out and Jim was in his bedroom and Rose in hers with the baby.

So life went on and we finally got control of the properties.

Then, one day Jim moved out – without telling us.  We were so busy we did not even notice nor did we care that he was gone. He called later to say he moved in with a friend.

Then, one night Will found Rose texting. He looked at her phone and found she was texting sexual love messages to Jim.

Will was upset and wanted to confront Jim – which might have ended badly for Jim – but Jim had moved out and I realized – thankfully for Jim –  he had neglected to leave me his new address.

I called Jim and asked whether he had an affair with Rose.

He lied and said no.

I said, “Jim don’t lie to me. Will knows. He has the texts.”

Jim broke down and said – true NXIVM man that he was – he blamed it on the 19 year old girl – he said, “It wasn’t my fault. She really sort of raped me. I was lying in bed and she came into my room and jumped on top of me and sort of pinned me down and in a way she made me have sex. I really didn’t want to.”

I said, “Jim come on – you’re like 6’ 3’’ and 200 pounds and Jean is 5’0″ and 100 pounds and you want me to believe she forced you?”

He said, “There is more than one kind a way a women can rape or sexually assault or harass. I only had – was forced to have sex with her – only twice. The other time I was in the bathroom getting ready and she just came in – I forgot to lock the door and she barged in and took my clothes off and forced me right there to have sex  – in the bathroom. What could I do? If I made any noise Will would a heard it. I had to. I had no choice. That’s why I left and got another place.”

Rose told a somewhat opposite story, She said Jim kept insisting on teaching her ethics and he would touch her – making points and slowly seduced her and promised he would marry her and they would have a baby – an ‘avatar’ baby. He kept pressing and pressing and promising to make her part and their child part of a noble mission.

Still, at times his actions seemed to border on sexual assault and potentially rape, as she described it.  But in the end, she admitted, it was consensual.

Jim went on to become the leader of Keith Raniere’s men’s group called the Society of Protectors.

Silver Bay doing a thorough cleansing of beds and linens too?

The terms of Clare Bronfman’s home detention are in writing on PACER [www.pacer.gov] – the Federal Government website  that records all federal court filings. The public can access on PACER documents for a fee.

The minutes from her last court appearance state that Clare Bronfman can – with prior arrangement with Pretrial Services – leave her luxury apartment in Manhattan every day of the week for a limited time period each day.

Here is the “Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis”:

“Bail Hearing as to Clare Bronfman held on 8/21/2018. The $50 million in cash, securities, and other collateral needed to secure the bond has been finalized.

“Clare Bronfman will continue to be subject to home detention, but she is permitted to leave her residence for attorney visits, court dates, and religious services. She is also permitted to leave her residence for 90 minutes, three days per week, for exercise and shopping for food or other necessities, but only after providing advance notice to Pre-Trial Services.

“On the other four days of each week, she is permitted to visit a fitness center for exercise on a schedule that Pre-Trial Services must approve in advance.

“Additionally, she may not directly or indirectly associate or have contact with–except in the presence of her attorneys–current or former employees of, or independent contractors, for NXIVM (including any and all affiliated entities), any individual that she knows to be a current or former member of DOS, or any individual who is currently, or was formerly, on the Stripe Path, subject to reasonable exceptions agreed upon by the parties.

“The court directed Clare Bronfman to submit a legal memorandum to the court regarding some of the bail conditions to which she objects by September 4, 2018, and the court directed the government to respond by September 11, 2018.”

Still pending before the court is whether Clare can freely communicate with a NXIVM member – and her longtime bookkeeper – believed to be Michelle ‘Shelly’ Tarzia – who is expected to be a witness for the prosecution. The judge has not yet made a decision.

The prosecution objects to Clare speaking with the bookkeeper alone – but has no objection to Clare employing the bookkeeper – provided she only speak with her with a defense attorney present. The concern of the prosecution is that Clare might tamper with, bribe or intimidate the witness.

At her last appearance, Clare sought the right to spend the entire day out of her Manhattan apartment with limited travel to parts of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Her attorney, Susan Necheles, indicated Clare was restless in her luxury apartment because she was used to jogging and being active outdoors and that the unfair restrictions on Clare were simply imposed by the judge because of her wealth.

She asked the court to allow Clare to be able to leave at 6:00 AM and return each night to her apartment at 8:00 PM. The judge denied this request but gave her attorneys leave to ask again in October.

It was read into the record at her bail hearing that several victims filed a letter with the court about her bail terms. It is assumed the victims strongly opposed her release from home detention. The judge has not made the letter public.

Clare’s attorney however scoffed at the letter, condemning its contents and authorship – essentially decrying the idea that there were any victims of Clare or that they had anything to fear from her client.

On my website, Frank Report, I raised concerns that Clare Bronfman may not have disclosed her complete financial holdings to the court – perhaps, for example, leaving off her extensive real estate holdings in and around Los Angeles.  That and the fact that she moved millions of dollars offshore – just prior to forming trusts with Goldman Sachs – might prompt the Feds to seek a full-scale forensic audit of her finances.

A few months prior to her indictment (but likely after she knew she was one of the targets of a Federal investigation), Clare put about $125 million in the hands of trustees with Goldman Sachs – in a trust with terms that she cannot replace the trustees or direct them as to how to spend the money on her.  This may have been done following advice of counsel as a protective move to avoid seizure – since the money is technically not in her control but in trust with her as beneficiary.

It is believed that in addition to the trust, millions of dollars were moved in April in anticipation of her indictment – some of it going offshore.  Curiously, Clare initially neglected to mention her holdings on Wakaya Island in Fiji to the court. When caught by the judge, her attorney said she did not list that asset because the property was undergoing renovation.

It is unclear why Bronfman failed to disclose her real estate holdings in Los Angeles to the court – unless, of course, she had previously transferred them to her sister, Sara, or someone else to keep them outside the court’s purview.

It has been widely noted that Sara Bronfman-Igtet did not appear in Brooklyn to help Clare make bail in late July – but pledged some $8 million of US real estate for Clare’s bail package.

Some speculate that Sara chose not to appear because she feared being arrested once in US jurisdiction. Sara is reportedly in France or England. France does not always accommodate the US with extradition requests. [if anyone knows Sara’s exact whereabouts, please advise me at frankparlato@gmail,com].

Clare’s various financial schemes might be for naught.  Sources say the Feds are not done investigating Clare and while the current charges are relatively few, there may be additional charges coming.

If it is proven Clare that misled the court about her assets, the prosecution might seek to have her bail revoked and have her remanded to Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) to spend her days in the women’s section of the same prison that her Vanguard – Keith Alan Raniere – resides in while he awaits trial.

Although they might be housed in the same facility, the two would not be able to communicate because MDC separates women from men.

In the meantime, Clare can now go to church or temple, join a gym, shop, jog, etc. for approximately an hour and a half every day.

She cannot spend time with NXIVM members – for such contact is strictly forbidden. For years, she has had a cadre of NXIVM minions – paid mostly at rates of some $15 per hour – to do her bidding.

The servant problem is tough in Manhattan but it appears, at least for now, she will have to make do with non-NXIVM servants.

Don’t be surprised if Clare, like Allison, makes a request to go outside the home for school, volunteer work, or even a job for her purported betterment. It might be granted if Pretrial Services approves and the prosecution does not object.

Following Frank Report’s expose on him in February, NXIVM member, Farouk Rojas left the USA and went to Canada. He is one of the longest serving members of NXIVM. He had to flee the US because of his Visa problems. He stayed for several months in Toronto and Montreal then went back to Monterrey for a time. Recently, he returned to Canada and is now living in Vancouver.

Last year, he got permission from Vanguard to date DOS slave Lyvia Cohen of Canada, prior to Vanguard’s arrest in March.

Farouk cannot return to the US. because he overstayed his Visa, sources say.

If you go through the pictures, you can see Farouk is quite a photographer of buildings and scenes in various cities he visits – all taken from his mobile phone.  Follow him from Albany to New York City to Toronto to Monterrey and, now, Vancouver where perhaps he is working to shore up membership in the Society of Protectors.

Farouk is a man who seems not to know what to do or where to go – now that his Vanguard [who does his thinking for him] is in jail.  Farouk has always been poor because of NXIVM. Although he is pretty bright, he never made Proctor on the Stripe Path – not because he was incapable of teaching or even recruiting. It is because he had “an issue’ –he was too fat.

He remains a Yellow Sash with Four Stripes [one stripe away from the NXIVM big money – $20,000 a year – minus cost of Intensives- as a Proctor -symbolized by the exalted Orange Sash].

He was told by Nancy Salzman and Keith – “Lose that fat – and you could be a Proctor”, but somehow, the hapless slob never could do it.  But he had another dream to feast on.   He was going to become – following the NXIVM tech – a singing sensation. [more on that later].

For years, Farouk was seen riding a bicycle in Albany. This was not because he wanted the exercise and wanted to shed that blubber. It was because he did not have a car. Yet even that did not help him peddle off the pounds.

He rode a bike [and gee it was awful cold in winter in Albany on his bicycle]. He had to ride the bike because he lost his driver’s license, because he was completely illegal in the USA, and because he was too poor to afford a car.  He was an illegal alien in the USA for years.

Farouk is Mexican and many foreign born NXIVM members had fake marriages to remain in the USA. One was arranged for him also. He was to marry the niece of Esther Chiappone Carlson. That never happened. The bright woman backed off at the last minute [after the marriage license was obtained]. The woman, after reading about DOS in the Frank Report, left NXIVM last summer and she didn’t marry him.

Farouk remains a coach and expert in Executive Success. He has been a coach for nearly two decades and was one of the earliest of the Mexicans to join the group that promises to teach the secret NXIVM tech that will revolutionize a student’s life.

He recruited, among others, Ivy Nevares – a longtime Raniere harem member – who is presently waiting for Raniere to impregnate her with a promised avatar baby – a task which might be difficult if Raniere is not soon freed from prison since MDC does not permit conjugal visits. Nevares joined the group in 2003 when she was in her early 20s. She was promised an avatar baby shortly after that. She is now in her 40s and her avatar baby window is getting smaller every day.

As a member of NXIVM, Farouk dedicated his life to controlling as much of the world’s wealth that ethical people should – which, in his case, is almost nothing.  The years come and go and he’s as poor as ever.

Much like Kathy Russell, the aging ballerina wannabe, who was recently arrested for racketeering, Farouk too has a great dream – he wants to be a singing star.

Keith Raniere promised him that if he kept practicing his singing, kept serving NXIVM for next-to-nothing [or nothing] and kept paying, with all his available dollars, for more NXIVM classes, he would become the next great world-famous singing star.

He just had a few disintegrations to overcome and he would be the next Frank Sinatra.

To help him out, Keith let him join and help manage [for no pay] NXIVM’s A Cappella singing group, Simply Human – where Farouk performed as many as one or two concerts per year – as a near full time volunteer. But it was all done to get him to stardom – said Raniere.

Ah, cruel fate – just as Keith was going to make Farouk,  and Kathy Russell, and lots os others genuine superstars, he got himself arrested and likely faces life in prison.

Keith promised Pam Cafritz that she would win the Olympics for the Mile Run – but the poor girl also failed. She up and died.

It is not as if Farouk left nothing behind for his long years serving NXIVM as a coach and recruiter. He was good enough to stiff Paragon Way Inc. – a collection and repossession service [Farouk Rojas Judgment]. for $1386.24

Good luck collecting on that one.

Farouk has a page on Sound Cloud for people to listen to his dulcet tones, but lamentably there are no songs currently there for fans to hear.

All kidding aside, the invidious cult of NXIVM led by the deceptive Keith Alan Raniere – cynically took the time and money of people’s lives from them – cheating them at every turn – promising them impossible dreams – for money and their services.

Some of them still don’t get it.  They were fooled – like Kathy, Ivy, Pam, Farouk and many others.

Now, Vanguard is in jail and some are mocking him for his gullibility. He actually believes his Bronfman-paid lawyers that he is going to be acquitted.

We were in court this week before U.S. District Court Judge Reggie B. Walton regarding communications of the Office of the Attorney General with Nellie Ohr, the wife of former Senior DOJ Official Bruce Ohr, who was critical to the creation of the Clinton/DNC dossier.

All records of contact or communication, including but not limited to emails, text messages, and instant chats, between DOJ officials in the Attorney General’s Office and Fusion GPS employee or contractor Nellie Ohr.

Judge Walton shares our frustration with a bureaucracy trying to keep its secrets.

On June 14 he ordered the Justice Department, which had been resisting our FOIA request, to “immediately commence its search for responsive records and produce responsive records …”

Judge Walton had previously criticized the Justice Department, saying:

I think if it’s been almost, since December when the initial request was made more should have been done by now. And it seems to me if you have someone who’s going to come into office and they say they’re going to be a disrupter, that they should appreciate there’s going to be a lot of FOIA requests and therefore, should gear up to deal with those requests. So I’m not real sympathetic to the position that you have limited staff and therefore, you can’t comply with these requests. So I think you’re going to have to get some more people.

I mean FOIA is considered to be very important. I keep getting from the government, from various agencies we can’t do this, we can’t do that because we don’t have the resources. I’m not real sympathetic to that. FOIA is important. Open government is important, and government has to comply with FOIA in order to make it an open government.

In December 2017, Bruce Ohr was removed from his position as U.S. Associate Deputy Attorney General after it was revealed that he conducted undisclosed meetings with anti-Trump dossier author (British spy) Christopher Steel and Glenn Simpson, principal of Fusion GPS. A House Intelligence Committee memo released by Chairman Devin Nunes on February 2 noted that Ohr’s wife, Nellie, was “employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump” and that Bruce Ohr passed the results of that research, which was paid for by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Hillary Clinton campaign, to the FBI.

In a related case, we released FBI records showing that Steele was cut off as a “Confidential Human Source” after he disclosed his relationship with the FBI to a third party. The documents show at least 11 FBI payments to Steele in 2016 and that he was admonished for unknown reasons in February 2016.

Recently, Republican lawmakers indicated that Bruce Ohr is becoming more central to their investigation. And, emails and memos show that Bruce Ohr continued to receive information from Steele in 2017 after the FBI had terminated its relationship with Steele in 2016 for leaking to the media.

On August 14, the DOJ wrote us a letter claiming that searches were conducted up through December 2017, and no responsive records were located. The DOJ also claims that it has experienced “technical issues which may have affected the searches.”

While at this time we have no indication that records responsive to your request will be located, we cannot provide you with a final response to your request until the technical issues are resolved. [Office of Information Policy] has been working closely with our electronic search support team to resolve these issues and to re-run searches as appropriate to ensure that no records were missed in the original searches. We anticipate issuing an additional response to you in one month.

So, the DOJ explained to the court during the hearing that this “glitch” would delay for a time any final response to Judicial Watch about this scandal. (Color me suspicious about this “glitch,” which we will we continue to investigate.) In the meantime, we await Ohr/Fusion GPS documents that are due to us today in another Judicial Watch lawsuit.

New story details Andrew and Trump’s 3-decade bond revolving around women, money and power

Report: Trump feted Cuomo’s bachelor party, donated to multiple Cuomo campaigns, because “We get along very well”

NEW YORK, NY — In a bombshell story just published, the New York Times today details the long, “genuine” affection that Andrew Cuomo and Donald Trump long shared, centering around women, money and power. While Cuomo has attempted to run his primary campaign against Cynthia Nixon as if he were running instead against Donald Trump, the two men’s relationship is quite different from how Cuomo has sought to portray it to New York voters.

“When you think about it, it’s not surprising that two guys who surround themselves with corrupt convicts, try to silence investigations and reporters that dare question them, and owe their fame and power to their dads, would get along so well,” Cynthia spokeswoman Lauren Hitt said. “It’s just sad and disappointing that Andrew Cuomo would lie to New Yorkers about it.”

According to today’s New York Times report:

• “It was clear that Donald Trump the businessman considered Andrew Cuomo a friend,” said Mr. Caputo, describing a “genuine affection.”

• “In 2016, Mr. Cuomo campaigned vocally for Hillary Clinton, though he and Mr. Trump crossed paths at a Sept. 11 memorial event, where cameras caught them chatting. “We get along very well,” Mr. Trump explained in a radio interview that week.

• “Mr. Trump did not attend Cuomo’s bachelor] party, but he sent a lighthearted video clip that played at the Manhattan bar where Mr. Cuomo’s friends and political luminaries had gathered. “Whatever you do, Andrew,” Mr. Trump advised Mr. Cuomo in the video, “don’t ever, ever fool around.”

• “Mr. Trump also stopped by a birthday party for Andrew Cuomo that year where, according to Mr. Barrett’s book, they were seen huddling for a half-hour.”

• “Mr. Trump told Mr. Cuomo he wanted to show him “something incredible” and walked him over to his limousine. Mr. Cuomo, a car fan, thought it would be some kind of new auto gadget. Mr. Trump opened the door and there was Marla Maples, eventually Mr. Trump’s second wife.”

• “Mr. Trump was said to have called Mr. Cuomo and offered him private advice for how to navigate such a public divorce, according to a person who was told about the call at the time.

• “Mr. Trump, then a Democrat, would donate to Mr. Cuomo’s successful 2006 campaign for attorney general and again to his 2010 campaign for governor. They also had some interactions in office.”

• They spoke again the day after Mr. Trump’s victory over Mrs. Clinton. Mr. Cuomo said that day that Mr. Trump’s election could prove a “bonus.” “He knows New York, he knows the challenges,” Mr. Cuomo said.

• “They met in person at Trump Tower shortly before the president’s inauguration, a meeting Mr. Cuomo, who was pressing for federal support for infrastructure projects, described as “not adversarial.”

• “Notably, while Mr. Trump has for years thrashed New York Democrats on Twitter — Eliot Spitzer, Anthony Weiner, Eric T. Schneiderman, Kirsten Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer, among them — he has hardly unleashed on Mr. Cuomo until recent days.”

Cynthia Nixon has repeatedly called on Governor Cuomo to return the $64,000 in donations that he has received from Donald Trump. He has continued to refuse to do so.

THE STONED WAY OF WISDOM

Many years ago I read a text about what we think of our parents. It went something like this:

At age 5: ” Dad is a genius .”

At age 15: ” There are many things that dad does not understand .”

At 20 years old: ” Dad does not understand anything, he is already choking .”

At age 50: ” What a pity that dad died. I begin to understand some things he said to me . “

At age 60: ” The old man was a genius, what a shame I did not realize before .”

The message of the text I liked a lot as a child and I still like it, although now years later and as a dad I see it with different eyes evidently. For any teenager, they are all idiots. That is a natural arrogance, fruit of inexperience, that we have all known. But this arrogance does not end with adolescence. When the Mexican team plays, everyone, from our chair, we are technical directors and we are sure that we would do much better than who is technical director of the national team. Likewise, with that same arrogance, we judge people who are in positions of responsibility that we have never had, and who face decisions that we have never faced, and it seems very simple. Everything looks very easy until you try it.

It requires the experience of the years, the errors, the consequences, and with them the inevitable baths of humility, to really assess the capabilities, our own and those of others, and develop a more objective perspective of ourselves.

Thus, in the best of cases, throughout life-of all life-that arrogance is being displaced by wisdom. But inevitably it is required to make mistakes, to realize the error, and to have the inner strength to rectify our perspective. And from there repeat the same exercise tens, hundreds, maybe thousands of times. The most terrible consequence of arrogance is that it prevents us from learning from our mistakes, because according to us we are not capable of committing them, and then it condemns us to commit them again and again without end. Our arrogance is what determines whether throughout life we ​​become wise, or permanent fools who just think they know everything.

I know much of what Emiliano said above sounds like word salad. But if you’ll pardon my arrogance, I think with the addition of a few bracketed comments, I can improve the clarity of Emiliano’s sentiments.

It requires the experience of the years, the errors, [like botching the ‘K’ in the brand] the consequences, [such as being arrested] and with them the inevitable baths of humility [in the hot tub, when Vanguard couldn’t get it up], to really assess the capabilities [of how stupid women can be], our own [innate dishonesty] and those of others [who lie and swindle], and develop a more objective perspective of ourselves [which is that we were born to follow Vanguard, no matter how insane the directions he gives our lives and destroy other’s lives as far as humanly possible].

Thus, in the best of cases, [which is one where I am not indicted and put in prison] throughout life- of all life-that arrogance is being displaced by wisdom [or vice versa]. But inevitably it is required to make mistakes, [like smuggling cash over the border with women who are likely to testify against me] to realize the error, [of not filing false criminal complaints in Mexico against them sooner] and to have the inner strength [to use my father’s assassins] to rectify our perspective. And from there repeat the same [branding] exercise tens, hundreds, maybe thousands of times. The most terrible consequence of arrogance [other than life in prison] is that it prevents us from learning from our mistakes, [yes, we should never have kept the collateral on our computers] because according to us we are not capable of committing them [from the government’s possession], and then it condemns us to [prison where we cannot] commit them again and again without end. Our arrogance [combined with our criminal propensities] is what determines whether throughout [our criminal career we escape getting indicted and get] life [in prison, because the US Feds say “] we ​​become wise [to your financial and sex trafficking crimes”], or permanent fools who just think they know everything [like the DOJ does, but believe me, if they knew everything, they would haul my ass into prison tomorrow.]

On this glorious summer day when thousands, -er, hundreds – OK maybe a few hardcore, no-place-else-to-go hangers-on would otherwise be celebrating the 58th birthday of the beloved ethicist known as Vanguard, there is a feeling of loss everywhere.

Lost time to revere the smartest man in the world…

Lost opportunities to bask in his glow…

Lost chances to hear pearls of wisdom spew forth from his mystical mouth…

But perhaps the greatest loss of all is occurring at the Silver Bay of the Adirondacks YMCA which is headquartered at 87 Silver Bay Road in Silver Bay, NY 12874. For it is this group that has lost the most because of the incarceration of Keith Alan Raniere f/k/a The Vanguard and n/k/a Federal Prisoner 57005-177.

On its national website, the YMCA holds itself out as “a leading nonprofit organization for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility”.

It also goes on to brag “The Y is a powerful association of men, women, and children committed to bringing about lasting personal and social change. With a focus on nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving the nation’s health and well-being and providing opportunities to give back and support neighbors, the Y enables youth, adults, families, and communities to be healthy, confident, connected and secure”.

With all these lofty goals and good intentions, the question must be asked as to why this particular YMCA was willing to rent out its entire Silver Bay Resort to a sex-slaver cult that routinely drove its members to break away from their families and friends, to spend every penny they had on Executive Success Program’s “courses” (which were mostly re-cycled pap from other cults – and which were meant to help break down members’ inhibitions about things they would be asked to do by cult leaders), and to shun and punish anyone who challenged any of its teachings?

At the national level, the YMCA is a multi-million dollar cash cow with more than $175,000,000 in assets – and a paltry $23,000,000 of liabilities. That makes them almost as rich as Clare Bronfman.

The YMCA claims to be guided by four principles: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

So, what happened at the Silver Bay of the Adirondacks YMCA?

Do they not care that their resort was being used by a sex-slaver cult that was destroying individuals and families?

Were they not aware that the NXIVM cult was headed by some of the least honest people in the world?

Were they comfortable renting out their facility every year to honor a man who has no respect for women and who treated them like fuck-toys?

Did they abandon their responsibility to ensure that they only dealt with people whose values were similar to their own?

Or was it all about the enormous fees that Clare Bronfman was willing to pay to have the Silver Bay Resort shut down to anyone who was not part of the NXIVM cult?

The Board of Directors at the Silver Bay of the Adirondacks YMCA was warned back in 2005 about what was going on at V-Week. But rather than terminating its relationship with NXIVM, it actually allowed the cult to rent-out the entire resort so that no prying eyes from outsiders would ever be able to observe what went on there (This meant that hundreds of tourists were denied the opportunity to stay at the resort even though there were plenty of empty rooms).

And despite receiving many more warnings and pleas for it to stop doing business with the sex-slaver cult, the Silver Bay of the Adirondacks YMCA just kept increasing the fee it charged Clare Bronfman every year – and laughed all the way to the bank.

So much for caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. How about some good old cash!

In the last few days, I received a number of emails and calls from several strangers ostensibly seeking to learn about NXIVM and wanting to know when I would be back in Western New York.  They might be honest actors who want genuine information about NXIVM and are just curious about my whereabouts.

I also have received a message [below] from a person who was once connected to NXIVM [not as a member] and witnessed criminal activities.

This person seems to think that my stories about Carlos Salinas, and his son, Emiliano, – and their potential connection to the drug cartels and the assistance in America that they might be receiving by certain members of the so-called Arizona Mafia – might lead me past a point of no return.

Others have said the same thing and it is a fact that Jeff Peterson, a former member of the Arizona Mafia, and a well known businessman, believes his life is in danger, has publicly stated it, and says he is in hiding because Carlos Salinas may attempt to assassinate him.

if any of this is true – and not paranoia or exaggerated conspiracy theories – then these folks in Mexico [and maybe Arizona] might kill those they perceive as a threat – and some people think I could be considered a threat.

I am not in a position to judge such things. I simply plan to continue to be a journalist uncovering that which is of interest to me.  At this point, I really do not think I am in any danger, but there is no harm in accurately reporting warnings and threats – if, for no other reason than these things are part of the elements of investigative reporting.  Being threatened and warned is part of this  endeavor.

In Mexico, it is a fact – journalists die.  Whether it is true in the US is another matter.

I would seriously think about writing an article. Just to maybe appease and suppress. Saying that you will no longer be writing things against anyone or any group other then the NXIVM top ranking members.  And embellish it. Perhaps even making an apology.  And saying that you got astray from your initial goal of destroying the people who tried to destroy you. I would also relocate to a different location. And have that location totally private. With no links to you. You can turn utilities on in someone else’s name. And rent it out in another’s name. Yes, you are the winner. But that could easily be switched. And you become a victim. We’re talking a group who don’t CARE if you live or die.

Also lose your phone. As it can easily be tracked. Only call anyone with the number being blocked EVERY TIME.  Protect your self. It’s nothing for the cartels to put a hit on you. Please do this. I’m looking out for you. It’s time maybe to move to [redacted]. Get a nice crib. Not in your name.  And burner phone.  Please LISTEN.

They are affiliated with the Guzman cartel. He’s in jail. But still runs everything. Where they just found 200 tons of meth. They would THINK of nothing. Put someone in charge of your security.  And become invisible. Every detail. With fake addresses in Cali.  Your home and utilities.

Plus even NXIVM could put a hit on u. I wouldn’t put it past them . They’re nuts. And the members are furious. Don’t go back to your house again. Better to be safe then sorry. Take precautions.  Don’t let your balls blind u.

To answer the above warning – my response is: I will keep my present phone etc. and remain easy to find. I answer my phone and it is published on this website [716-990-5740].

I will also likely be in Western New York soon and if anyone wants to find me before that, it will not be too difficult.  I am also a generally welcoming guy to strangers, but should someone desire ill of me, they may get a venomous reception.

As for Keith Raniere, if he ever had wanted to do so, he missed his chance to do me bodily harm. As I have pointed out to those who wonder why he hasn’t done something violent to me –  he should have done this well before the New York Times story came out.  He was depending on the Department of Justice, Western District of New York, to put me away. To do his work for him. Sadly for him, their case fell apart.

Now he is in lockup, and while he may wish me dead, it might be difficult for him to execute it now.

As for Carlos Salinas – with his son under intense investigation by the DOJ Eastern District – a move against me now might potentially backfire. Especially now that it is on the record.

That said, I do not wish to make this sound even grandiose or heroic. I do not want to exaggerate the risks – which I rate very low. {I had a TV journalist living in the US who worked for one of the largest Mexican news stations beg me to keep his identity secret or that Carlos Salinas might kill him. I agreed.]

So, on the odd chance that these threats and warnings should be heeded, it is better to have a public record of it.

Other than that – let us all wish Vanguard a most happy birthday. May his wishes not come true.

Later today, I hope to write a little about how he spent his day in the Metropolitan Detention Center and contrast that to how he spent past birthdays.

It might be instructive for those who follow Vanguard, the man who liked to brand, starve, sleep-deprive and blackmail women.

Today is Keith Alan Raniere’s birthday. At least we think it is, since he told us it was.  He said he was born on August 26, 1960. If this is true, he is 58 years old today.  Happy birthday Vanguard.

Since at least 2005, his followers have had the privilege of paying for a 10-day tribute to him – and this celebration occurred at YMCA Silver Bay resort in the Adirondacks.  Prior to that, Vanguard celebrated his birthday at Lake Pyramid in Paradox, New York.

There was a time when his birthday celebration was only two days, and before that, like ordinary mortals, he had only a one day birthday celebration.

Vanguard was always big on birthdays. And he is the only man I know who extended a week to 10 days to celebrate his own.

Vanguard would also reward his harem members on their birthdays – and female followers, especially young women’s reward was a birthday visit from him in his birthday suit.

Vanguard was also often in his birthday suit on his birthday [but that is again nothing special for he was in his birthday suit nearly every day with someone or other]. But up in Silver Bay, during Vanguard Week he often outdid himself, and thankfully the weather was warm.

His usual policy was to cavort, sleep, cavort some more, eat like a pig, then cavort, then sleep then arise and either eat or cavort of both – during the first five days of his birthday week. Then the magical one would make an exciting appearance in the evening of his birthday – being seen for the first time [actually clothed] by the rank and file devotees who paid to attend his nativity celebrations.  He would appear at the auditorium where his lucky followers were gathered in breathless anticipation of the arrival of their god. Then afterward he would go back to his cabin to cavort, eat and sleep some more.

Let no one be critical of Vanguard however for his inordinate sexual appetite, for it is not easy to run a sex cult where only one man is permitted to get all the nookie. And only one man gets to eat cookies. The women had to remain on 800 calorie diets to be slender enough to please the worshiped one.

When his birthday did arrives, at Vanguard Week, the gathering of his devotees awaited his lordly appearance in the evening to touch the hem of his garment or if it was a pretty woman to get a kiss on the lips.  Some of them reported that although he was vegetarian – he smelled – at least about the lips and nose – uncommonly like fish.  His exciting appearance after five days, on his birthday, was a little like the celebration of the days of Christmas with the feast culminating on Dec. 25.

Vanguard however, for his feast – most often ate women out.

One year, Vanguard [at the old Pyramid Lake Week site], the devotees were paired and allowed to compete in a scavenger hunt. They were told that there would be a big prize for the two winners.

Somehow two pretty sisters won – one a member of his harem and the other – a married woman, but extremely attractive.

They were in their cabin when Vanguard showed up personally to deliver their prize.  He entered the cabin, dropped his trousers and said. “I’m here to deliver your prize – it’s me.”

The harem sister was horrified, The married sister kicked him out. The harem sister said he rigged the contest to trick the married sister into sleeping with both of them.  They left that night.

Vanguard was disappointed but since he was always [as his attorney Marc Agnifilo said] a very ‘soft’ man – he shortly after gave out second prize to two other young women.

None of the men or married couples fared well in the scavenger hunt, it seems.

Over the years, Vanguard Week got longer and more expensive. At the last [ever] Vanguard Week – for a shared room – the cost was over $2,000. This also entitled you to three poor-quality vegetarian meals each day – selected by Clare Bronfman.

[One year the food poisoned almost the entire group – which is something being investigated, reportedly, by the New York State Department of Health in connection to the matter of licensing of Dr. Brandon Porter who was in attendance. It was curious that none of the High Rank and none of the women Keith was bedding that Vanguard Week fell ill.]

Vanguard, of course, ate in his cabin and was waited on by adoring slaves in their birthday attire [with the exception of Clare who Vanguard graciously permitted to remain fully clothed].

Very often Vanguard would show up late to various events he was scheduled to appear at. People would sometimes wait for hours for him to appear. Very often it would be explained by one of the High Rank that Vanguard was closeted with some student where he was trying to help her with various “issues.”  Somehow it seemed that only young, slender, long haired and attractive women had issues to be worked on with Vanguard at Vanguard Week. This has been attributed to the fact that the older, less attractive women were more mature and did not have as many issues.

[There is an old joke sometimes told during Vanguard Week – told about young women who disappeared with Vanguard into his cabin. It went like this, “Did you hear about poor little [insert young woman’s name]?–  She’s flat on her back.”]

But in defense of Vanguard’s tardiness at events – he – an astute philosopher – and, as he tells us, one of the top three problem solvers in the world – explained that women’s ardor is unleashed in the pristine settings of places like Lake George, in the fresh mountain air, and that accommodating these lubricious women would consume hours of his day [poor man] and sometimes so exhausted him he fell fast asleep while hundreds awaited his appearance.]

At one time, Vanguard Week attracted as many 400 attendees. After Frank Report broke the branding story and hundreds left the cult – the attendance at the last [ever] Vanguard Week [2017] dropped to 125.  This branding idea shocked many top supporters of Vanguard.  Some were more shocked when he and then his High Rank were arrested.

It may not have been just the DOS scandal. It may be the scandals of the years that caused attendance to dip during the last [ever] Vanguard Week:

1. The loss of more than $100 million of Bronfman money through bad investment decisions by Vanguard.
2. The unexplained deaths.
3.  The people who left and called it a cult.
4.  The revelations of a cadre of women who said they were abused by Vanguard; many of whom said they were badly abused.
5. Vanguard pretending his own son was an orphan.
6. Mother and son fleeing from him and going into hiding.
7. The allegations of underage sex.
8. The allegations of rape.
9. Lawsuits against former friends and lovers.
10.  Judges condemning Vanguard and Legatus as liars.
11. The dedication to secrecy for teachings that are supposed to be filled with love and compassion to help humanity.
12.  Strange early deaths of women close to Vanguard.

Bit let us not fail to recall the fun that was had there too.

Besides birthday-suited visits with Vanguard with young women, Vanguard Week also included hypnotic induction forums, inquiries, workshops, vegetarian food, exercise classes, special events and performances in honor of Vanguard.

And then, during Vanguard Week women mobbed him and everyone from aged out harem members to cuckolded husbands compete all week long to get the attention of Vanguard.

Despite this gaiety and merriment of the past, this year no one is in attendance at Silver Bay. This is because Vanguard is celebrating his 10-day birthday celebration at the Metropolitan Detention Center where he remains incarcerated having been denied bail, while he awaits trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

The Feds, learning about his master slave relationships, 500 calorie diets, sleep deprivation, branding women on their pubic area, and blackmailing women, combined with an array of financial crimes and an already prodigious internet record, they wondered and later concluded that Vanguard was a criminal – not a divine being.

Look at it on the bright side, while Vanguard celebrated his birthdays in the past with only a couple hundred women, and a few cuckolds, this year he has more than 1,100 men to celebrate with.

Former Pentagon Analyst and White House National Security Council Director Lovinger questioned lucrative contracts with Trump Campaign Spy Stefan Halper, as well as Long Term Strategy Group, a firm owned Chelsea Clinton’s friend Jacqueline Newmyer Deal

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on behalf of former Pentagon analyst and White House National Security Council (NSC) senior director Adam S. Lovinger, whose security clearance was pulled after he raised concerns regarding lucrative government contracts awarded to Stefan Halper, who has been identified as being used an informant by the Obama administration against President Trump’s campaign, as well as Long Term Strategy Group, a consulting firm owned by Chelsea Clinton’s friend Jacqueline Newmyer Deal (Adam S. Lovinger v. U.S. Department of Defense (No. 1:18-cv-01914)).

The Washington Times reported on the contracts in question: “According to USASpending.gov, Mr. Halper was paid $411,000 by Washington Headquarters Services on Sept. 26, 2016, for a contract that ran until this March.” Also, “a string of contracts totaling $11 million [was granted] to D.C. consulting firm Long Term Strategy Group. It is headed by Jacqueline Newmyer Deal, a self-described ‘best friend’ of Chelsea Clinton.”

Lovinger filed his complaint in the fall of 2016. In May 2017, Lovinger’s security clearance was initially suspended by Barbara Westgate, the Director of Washington Headquarters Services and an Obama-appointee. A few months later, the Pentagon’s Consolidated Adjudications Facility (CAF)“issued an unfavorable clearance determination and Mr. Lovinger’s clearance was revoked,” a Defense Department spokesman informed The Washington Times. The CAF is part of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) and reports directly to Westgate.

In September 2017, Lovinger filed a whistleblower reprisal complaint against the CAF, which determines security clearance eligibility of non-intelligence personnel, Westgate and James H. Baker, the DOD’s Director of Net Assessment who recommended the contract awards to Halper and Long Term Strategy Group.

In December 2017, Lovinger filed a Privacy Act request seeking:

Any and all emails or similar electronic messaging transmissions referencing the word “Lovinger;” whether in the title or body of said communications(s); between May 1, 2017 and present; to, from, or copied to the following individuals:

A. Mr. Edward Fish, Director DoD CAF

B. Mr. Daniel Purtill, Deputy Director DoD CAF

C. Mr. Ronald Freels, Adjudications Directorate Chief.

In March 2018, the DOD responded, treating his request as both a Privacy Act and a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request and admitting it found 75 pages of responsive documents but was withholding them all in their entirety. Lovinger was informed that Fish, against whom the whistleblower complaint had been filed, had also been the official who determined the documents should be withheld.

In April 2018, Lovinger appealed the DOD’s determination. Over four months later, the appeal has not been addressed. Washington Headquarters Services has refused repeated requests to recuse itself from further involvement in this case despite an apparent conflict of interest. Under existing DOD policy, WHS officials reporting to Westgate will be the final arbiter of Lovinger’s case, which cannot be appealed to the courts.

Also, the DOD has yet to comply with Lovinger’s Privacy Act Request.

Before his work on the NSC, Lovinger was a strategic affairs analyst in the Office of Net Assessment at the Pentagon, where he specialized in issues related to U.S.-India relations, the Persian Gulf, and sub-Saharan Africa. He also is an attorney and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and McCort School of Public Policy.

“Mr. Lovinger was targeted because he blew the whistle on Stefan Halper and a Clinton crony getting suspicious Defense contracts,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It is disturbing that the Defense Department may now be implicated in Spygate targeting of President Trump.”

Lovinger is also represented by Sean M. Bigley, a national-security attorney and a partner at Bigley Ranish LLP.

Dr. Brandon Porter sold his house at 45 Oregon Trail for $352,000 to Raymond and Lindsi Shalhoub. What he will do with the money is anybody’s guess (Reportedly Porter is dead broke).

He and his family moved out of the home some time ago and were last seen living at Clare Bronfman’s Albany area home on Button Road.

At last report, Porter is still awaiting word from New York State as to whether his medical license will be suspended for a period of time or permanently revoked.

Now that he has sold his house, it remains to be seen whether he will pay back Allison Mack the money she was reportedly trying to hide through him –  which he used to buy the house. Now that Mack is under quasi-home detention and not permitted to meet with NXIVM members, the task of collecting from Porter will have to be handled by her attorneys.

Porter got into hot water for conducting human-fright experiments on young women. The gruesome experiments were in the vein of those conducted by Drug Cartels in Mexico.  The news of his fright experiments were first revealed on Frank Report – and then reported in the Albany Times Union and the New York Times. Many women underwent these tortures.

Prior to the time that he started investigating Toni Natalie, Joe O’Hara, and John Tighe for alleged “criminal computer trespass” involving the server that hosted NXIVM’s website, NYS Police Investigator Rodger Kirsopp received numerous reports concerning alleged illegal activities on the part of NXIVM and its co-founders, Keith Alan Raniere (formerly known as “Vanguard” now known as Federal Prisoner  #57005-177) and Nancy Salzman (still known as “Prefect”, for now).

Among other things, Inv. Kirsopp had been informed about the alleged tax evasion that was rampant throughout the organization – and the money laundering that included large sums of cash coming into post office boxes spread throughout Saratoga County.

It is therefore a little surprising that Inv. Kirsopp seemed to turn a blind eye when he was presented with evidence of suspicious activity concerning NXIVM and Raniere. Not only did he not follow up on that, he also didn’t report it to the FBI, the Internal Revenue Service, or the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.

All he did is help put together a 29-page “Incident Report” concerning the alleged “criminal computer trespass” involving Natalie, O’Hara and Tighe.

Even after the criminal computer trespass charges were dismissed – even after all the recent revelations that came to light concerning the activities of NXIVM, Raniere and Salzman – Inv. Kirsopp has done nothing that we know of to follow-up on any reports he previously received about the sex slaver cult.

Has he turned over any information to federal investigators in the Eastern District of New York who are now doing what he was unwilling to do: investigate NXIVM, Raniere, and Salzman?

Narrative 01/2 7/2014 –  KIRSOPP, RODGER (INV)

On 01/24/14, I received a voicemail from Atty Coffey, who advised of suspicious activity reported by BRONFMAN. I called Atty Coffey who provided details of two suspicious packages received via USPS to KEITH RANIERE. Same advised to have BRONFMAN bring the packages to SP Clifton Park for a report of the activity. I received a telephone call from Atty Nichols in regards to the same activity. Same was advised to have BRONFMAN drop the packages off at the barracks for a review of the materials for possible criminal activity.

A review of the packages reveals the following: both packages consist of a medium size, padded envelope bearing Keith Raniere’s name and the address for NXIVM headquarters at 455 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY (T/Colonie). One envelope is dated Dec 20, 2013, from zip code 21042 and contains three Visa gift card ($100 denominations). The back of the envelope bears the address of 562 Woodmont Ave, Berckley (misspelled), CA 94708. The second envelope is dated Jan 7, 2014 from Columbia, MD and contains a receipt from an Endicott, MD Rite Aid for the purchase of a $500 Visa gift card and the gift card.

A check of the Berkeley, CA address reveals it returns to a MIRIAM ABRAMS (tloxp search). A Google search reveals that ABRAMS, M is a therapist who is involved in some type of counseling services similar or the same as NXIVM/ESP.

A check of NXIVM records located through this investigation a KATHLEEN ABRAMS who is listed as a member in the email from OHARA to NATALIE. A check of Spokeo records indicates several addresses for a KATHLEEN ABRAMS (70 years of age) from Columbia, MD who is also a therapist.

Since it is not clear of a criminal act occurring in this matter, no further investigative acts are to occur until clarity is provided by the complainant or reporting persons in this matter.

Attorney Nichols advised. Attorney Nichols advised that BRONFMAN, C is not in the area for several days and she would advise BRONFMAN, C.

I guess Inv. Kirsopp still needed “clarity” that NXIVM, Raniere and Salzman are worthy of being investigated. Well, not to worry, because now we have some real law enforcement officials doing just that.
